That’s why I'm fundraising - so more men can access life-changing support when they need it most. MensLine Australia provides counselling for mental health issues, relationship problems, anger management, substance abuse, suicide prevention, and emotional wellbeing.

Friday 8th AugMen’s mental health matters yet too many men continue to suffer in silence, feeling like they have to tough it out alone. This fundraiser is about changing that. Every dollar raised will go towards creating safe spaces, mental health support, and real connection for men who need it most. Whether it’s helping someone find a support group, speak to a counselor, or simply feel seen your donation makes a real impact.
