103,800 Steps for Men’s Mental Health

By Cameron Green

Raising Awareness for Men's Mental Health - Putting this major issue into an understandable perspective for the masses

On June 25th, 2026, I will be undertaking the challenge of walking 103,800 steps in one day around Adelaide to recognise the estimated 519,000 men that take their lives every year in honour of Men's Mental Health Awareness Month this June (recognised by many places globally), as bringing awareness to it means a lot to me. That's 1 step for every 5 men lost to suicide.

Walking for 17-18 hours straight with every step representing 5 men can really put into perspective how widespread the issue truly is, which is precisely my goal - to help people understand its often overlooked severity.

Every donation, no matter how small, will make a difference in supporting men in need of mental health assistance any time.
