This Movember, I'm sacrificing my face (and dignity) to grow a moustache so glorious it could have its own documentary.
Why? For men's mental health and suicide prevention. While my moustache may be questionable, this cause isn't.
Every year, too many men struggle with their mental health. The 'she'll be right' attitude doesn't cut it anymore. MensLine Australia provides free, 24/7 professional counselling by phone and online chat - but demand exceeds funding, and too many calls go unanswered.
