Every day, thousands of Australian men face mental health struggles, relationship challenges, and personal crisis. MensLine Australia provides free, 24/7 professional counselling by phone and online chat - but demand exceeds funding, and too many calls go unanswered.
That’s why I'm fundraising - so more men can access life-changing support when they need it most. MensLine Australia provides counselling for mental health issues, relationship problems, anger management, substance abuse, suicide prevention, and emotional wellbeing.
Our inaugural Hike for your Mates kicks off in the beautiful and rugged peaks of Northern Wales.
Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) is the highest mountain in Wales and Britain. Located in the picturesque Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, we will hike to the summit on the 13th August 2026 to raise funds to support Mens Mental Health and to remember our mates that are sadly no longer with us.
