I've created this page because I want to make a difference.
Every week in Australia, we lose about 63 people to suicide, and around 75% of them are men. That’s not just a number; it’s dads, mums, brothers, sisters, mates, and friends who didn’t get the support they needed.
I’ve had my own struggles with mental health over the years, and one thing that’s always helped me is running. Out on the road or trail, I feel free. I feel alive.
On January 1st, 2026, I’m taking that feeling and turning it into something bigger. I’ll be running 63km to raise money for Men’s Line Australia, a confidential support service for men in crisis.
This cause is really personal to me. I know what it’s like to feel alone and keep things bottled up. But I’ve also learned that taking action, moving forward step by step, and asking for help can make a huge difference.
By running 63km, I want to turn that sense of freedom into hope for others. I want to encourage men to speak up, get support, and know they’re not on their own. Every dollar raised goes straight to Men’s Line to help men in crisis, provide support, and save lives.
This run isn’t just about me; it’s about our dads, mums, brothers, sisters, mates, and communities. Together, we can break the silence, fight stigma, and make sure no one has to struggle alone.
Let’s kick off 2026 by taking action, one step at a time.
